Upon completion of the event the RENTER is to follow and complete the below list for cleanup. Cleanup must be done not later than 1 day after the event has ended.

     All chairs returned to the storage room _____

     All tables returned to the storage closet, or if Auxiliary room not used, folded and set against wall on either side of fireplace. _____

     Any chairs/tables used outside will have legs and feet cleaned off. _____

     All floors used, including hallways cleaned with dry dust mop and or a damp mop. _____

     All banners, signs, streamers, balloons, wall coverings and tacks and tape used removed from the cabin and property. ____

     All trash removed and containers dumped in the outside dumpster. ____

     All windows closed, locked, and curtains drawn closed. ____

     All thermostats turned down. ____

     All lights turned off. ____

If the kitchen is used the following must be done:

     Dishes, cups, and silverware washed, dried, put away. ____

     Coffee pots empty, cleaned, dried. ____

     Counters cleaned. ____

     Stove top and oven cleaned. ____

     All food brought in to building removed, and if refrigerator cleaned. ____

     Floor cleaned ____

     Trash taken to outside dumpster ____

Upon completion of the check list, and during the checkout inspection, if all were accomplished then the OWNER representative shall return the deposit and collect the door keys from the RENTER.
