Rental of The Dudley Loomis Cabin

The cabin is available to rent for your special event.

We charge a refundable Deposit of $100, and an 8-hour rental is $200.

       Members, Veteran Service Organizations, First Responders:  Free, or discounted rate, please enquire for specifics.

For recurring rentals please contact us for a quote.

• Chairs and tables are available for use along with horseshoes, darts, billiards, corn hole, and mounted TVs.

• A full kitchen is available onsite, cooking may be done in the kitchen or you may bring in a caterer, or have a potluck.

• A limited amount of cutlery and plates are available, for large groups we suggest borrowing from the Plate Project at the 1912 Center.

• No modifications to the rooms or building are permitted. A tent or canopy is permitted in the grass-side yard.

• Masking tape is to be used to hang banners or streamers in the building. No staples, tacks, or nails are allowed.

• Balloons may be placed on the mailbox and/or on the side of the main door.

• Items presently on walls are to be left in place. They may be covered with a cloth or canvas.

We are a volunteer organization, and as such we ask you to clean up after yourself.  Cleaning supplies are provided. 

Extra cleaning and damages will be deducted from your deposit.
